Chicken.......500 gm (boneless & small pieces)
Lemon juice ..........2tbsp
Chilli powder........2 tsp
coriander powder......1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste.......1tbsp
Green chilli.........4 no
Curry leaves....... few
cornflour. ........1tsp
Maida.........1tsp
oil ..........to fry
salt..... to taste
Method:
1.Marinate the chicken along with lemon juice,chilli powder,
coriander powder ,ginger garlic paste, and salt for 2 hour.
2. Take a frying pan and heat oil.
4. Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil. Add the pieces one by one. While deep frying add the green chillies and curry leaves.
