Rasa powder




                         
 Ingredients:

Coriander seeds(Dhania)………….1 cup
Chanadal …………………………1/4 cup.
Toor dal …………………………..1/4cup
Pepper………….............................2tsp
Methi  seeds……………………..1/2 tsp
Red chilli………………………..4 to 6 no s
Cumin seeds……………….........2tsp
Curry leaves……………………1 hand full
Hing  powder…………………..1/2tsp



Method: 

Heat a pan (kadai) on a low flame. Roast coriander seed
and  curry leaves until they give aromatic smell.
Transfer them to a plate.

Roast toor dal, chana dal and red chili together till  they turn light golden brown.
Transfer to the same plate.

Roast black pepper,cumin seeds and methi
together for 20-30 seconds. Transfer to the same plate.

Let all the ingredients cool to room temperature.

Grind into smooth powder texture with hing powder.

Store it in an airtight container to maintain freshness and flavor.
