It is very tasty.I know this recipe from my neighbour grandma.
So I name this GRANDMA chicken gravy
Ingredients:
Remove from heat, add garlic, ginger and coconut.
After its cooled make a fine paste.
Heat a kadai in medium flame, add 4 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When its splutters add onion,turmeric powder, chicken pieces and saute till the water in the chicken is drained.
Then add tomato pieces,grounded masala and salt and saute
for 1 minute.
To cook add 2 cups of water and mix .
Then close the kadai with lid.
After 2 min, simmer the flame till the oil
starts oozing out from the gravy.
Then add black pepper powder and garnish with curry leaves.
So I name this GRANDMA chicken gravy

Onion ---------------------1 big in size
Tomato -------------------1 no (finely cut)
Turmeric powder -------1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -----------1 tsp
Cumin seeds ------------1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder---2-3 tsp
Oil ------------------------4 tbsp
Salt -----------------------to taste
Onion ---------------------1 big in size

Cumin seeds -----------------1 tbsp

Ginger ------------------------1 inch
Black pepper ----------------1 tsp
Small onion ------------------a handful (cut)
0il -----------------------------1tbsp
