Pavakkai fry (Karela fry )

Ingredients:

 Pavakkai
       or
Bitter gourd  ( karela )----------200gm
Ginger garlic paste --------------1 tbsp 
Coriander powder ----------------1 tsp
Chilly powder---------------------1-2tbsp
Fennel powder--------------------1/2 tsp
Lemon  juice----------------------1tbsp 
Rice flour--------------------------2 tbsp
Maida ( all purpose flour)-------2tbsp
Oil----------------------------------for fry
Salt---------------------------------to taste
                                                    
To marinate:



Take a bowl, add  bitter gourd,  ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,  chilly powder,fennel powder, lemon juice, salt and 
mix well. Keep  30 -60 minutes  for marination.

To fry:

Mix the marinated pavakkai with rice flour and maida flour together.
 
 Now deep fry this in oil.
