Simple Banana cake

 This banana cake recipe is very easy to make.Sharing this simple cake recipe with you all makes me proud. Whenever  ripe banana in our house, we prepare this cake.

Ingredients:

Banana.........3-4
Maida...........1 cup ( 200 ml cup)
Sugar...........1cup
Eggs. ...........2
Oil.............1/2 cup
Vanila essences. ......1/2 tsp
Baking powder. .......1tsp
Baking soda ( Soda salt ).......... 1/4 tsp
Choco malt or bournvita. ..... 2-3  tsp
Dry fruits...... (optional)

Method:

Take a bowl, add banana, sugar and mix well to paste. Then add all the ingredients and blend well to a batter.
Pour  the batter into a grease and flour the pan. Bake the batter in  electric oven or sand oven  for 40 minutes..
