Ingredients:
Fish......................................8medium size pieces
Ginger garlic paste..............1 1/2 tbsp
Chily powder......................2 tsp
Fennel powder
(Perunjeeragam)................. 1 tsp
Tamarind thick juice...........4 tbsp
or
Tamarind paste....................1tbsp
Curry Leaves.......................few
Oil........................................6 to 8 tbsp
Salt....................................... to taste(1 tbsp)
To Marinate:
Except fish pieces, take all ingredients into a small bowl and make a paste.
Then rub the paste on each side of the fish pieces. and keep aside for 1 hour.
To Fry:
Heat a tava (Dosai pan) on medium flame. put 2 to 3 tbsp oil and add the marinated fish and some curry leaves.
After 2 min turn over the fish to cook on other side.
Once they turn brown on both sides and get cooked.
Garnish it with some more curry leaves.
