Method:
Heat a cooker in medium flame, add 2tbsp oil, mustard seeds,
cumin seeds.After mustard seeds crackling, add onion, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then add chilli powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, salt
cook for 1min. Now add tamarind juice, mix well, close the cooker lid.
Cook for one whistle in medium flame and slow flame for 2 min.
Cook the content in the
pan with sambar powder, sesame oil and jaggery in slow flame for 2-3 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves
