Kadalaiparuppu chutney ( Channa Dal chutney)

                                                  
                              
                                                

 Ingredients:

                            
 

                                Kadalaiparuppu........4tbsp
                        Green chilies. ............ 2-3 nos
                        Curry leaves. ............. few
                        Tamarind. ................... amla size
                        Garlic cloves................5-6 nos (medium size)
                        Coconut........................2tbsp ( grated)
                        Oil................................2-3tbsp
                        Mustard seeds..............1tsp
                        cumin seeds..................1 tsp
                        Salt................................to taste

Method:
                 
                  Heat a pan in medium flame, add 1 tbsp oil, green 
                 chillies, kadalaiparuppu, curry leave and saute till 
                 dal get golden color.

                Switch off the flame, add coconuts, tamarind,
                Once cool down,  powder this  things and
                grind them with some water.

               Finally temper with oil mustard seeds,
              cumin seeds and curry leaves.
